Sales Representative

Work in the international market, the possition entails hot call to our new clients and to take them through first steps on the given site.

Qualifications:
  • Previous phone sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Mother-tongue level English or Arabic.
  • Computer and internet savvy.
  • High work ethic.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to succeed.
  • Available for full time shift work Monday – Friday.
Retention account manager

Resposible for client accounts, asisting client with thier online activaty, helping clients to optimaize thier trading activity.

Qualifications:
  • Phone sales experience is a must.
  • Hard driven and sales savvy.
  • Native speaking in English or Arabic.
  • Computer and internet skills are essntial.
  • High work ethic.
  • Available for full time shift work Monday – Friday.
Support agent

Responsible for assisting clients with any issuie they may encounter and mediates between the clients and their accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible to work in Israel.
  • Mother Tongue German.
  • Mother Tongue level English (written and verbal).
  • Strong MS Office skills with familiarity of CRM preferred (not required).
  • Must be customer focused.
  • Available to work 5 shifts per week afternoon and evening hours.
Academy agent

The job intails teaching customers trading strategies and market indicators, writing daily market reviews, updating online content and giving one-on-one training sessions with clients over the phone. Customer support experience and a teaching background is a plus. A technical and fundamental understanding of the financial industry is also a plus.

Qualifications:
  • Native English speaker a MUST!!!
  • Deep knowledge of the financial market.
  • Has Teaching and Training skills and previous experience.
  • Background in customer care.
  • Interpersonal skills and has the ability to express themselves clearly over phone.
